We are using it for crafting supplies, which is a very visual industry. We are just starting out with Magento and are enjoying learning more about configurable and simple products etc. Since our items are different colors and sizes. I would have two suggestions for improvement, I would make a large visible contact us block available to use at the top with logo between the search and logo field. The second thing I would do is make the the categories and subcategories not rely on hitting the exact arrow to expand the categories and subcategories. They were quick to install the template and they made it very easy for us to get started on developing the template on our subdomain development site. Overall very happy with so far.

Hi Here's what i experience when i bought the template. Excellent! 1. Very helpful presales, sales and aftersales service. Totally impressed with the help that i've received. 2. Transaction to the template tuning was smooth and without much hiccups. 3. The Template looks and feels very good. Not so good 1. The links to download the Store Manager is not valid. Spent many hours trying to see whether it is my fault or the links are spoilt. I'm doing this for the first time and uncertain what is happening. 2. Purchase of Positive SSL addons. This require a dedicated IP. However as a novice, i did not know about it or rather what is dedicated IP or server or which one to choose thus right now, i'm stuck at this stage cos i've to upgrade to a dedicated IP in order to use the ecommerce template. 3. Purchasing the Postitive SSL should be an option under the blue host rather than on template monster. The reason is that, bluehost will install and setup the SSL. But purchasing from Template monster brings me to another website www.namecheap.com to install the SSL myself. This requires me to generate CSR code.... Which is beyond me at my level of technical skill.

It's a perfect template. Support team is higly appreciated and awesome. It's not my first purchase and I hope it's not the last one. Now I'm going to buy a musthave extension Store Manager. Good luck and Happy New Year!
